First, the facts.

Tell us about your business. What do you do, how long have you been at it, and who do you serve? Write it like you’d explain it to a friend.

Now tell us your story. How it started, how it’s grown, the moments that mattered. This becomes your About page — don’t be shy, ramble away.

List every service or product you offer. One per line is perfect. Put a ★ (or just a *) next to the ones that matter most to your business.

What makes you different — or just plain better — than your competition? What are you most proud of? Big-name clients, awards, guarantees, specialties, years of experience — brag a little.

Who are your ideal customers — and what impresses them? Picture your favorite customer. Who are they, and what made them choose you?

Part 2 · Your vision

Now, the fun part.

Forget technical terms — we just want your taste and your gut feelings. We’ll translate them into design.

Describe your dream website in your own words. How does it look? How does it feel? What happens when someone lands on it? Daydream freely — this is the good stuff.

When someone lands on your site, what’s the ONE feeling you want to hit them with? One word or a short phrase. “Trust.” “Wow.” “Calm.” “These people are pros.”

Show us 2–3 websites, brands, or even physical spaces you find beautiful. A website, a brand, a hotel lobby, a shop — anything. Then tell us why each one grabs you. The “why” is what we’re really after.

Now the opposite: what do you NOT want on the website? Styles that feel cheap or dated, colors you can’t stand, clichés, things competitors do — anything that would make you cringe. Knowing what you don’t want is just as useful.

How should the site feel? Describe the tone and vibe in your own words. Bright and clean? Warm and inviting? Bold and loud? Calm, trusted, and established? Just talk — should it make people feel at home, or stop them in their tracks?

Who are your main competitors? Drop 2–3 of their websites. We’ll study them so your site clearly beats them.

What’s the #1 thing you want a visitor to DO on the site? Everything on the site will be built to drive this one action.

What do you already have — and what do you need from us? Be honest; “I need it” is a perfectly good answer. That’s what we’re here for.

What pages do you picture needing? Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact… list whatever comes to mind — we’ll advise on the final list.

What should the site be able to DO? Think contact form, online booking, payments, photo gallery, online store, blog, live chat, file uploads… Not sure? Just describe it — we’ll figure out the how.

Last one before your details: a rough budget range? Ballpark is fine — no commitment. Projects start at $1k, but think of this less as a price and more as how far we take it. The bigger the vision, the more time, care, and craft we pour into every detail — and the more your website becomes the thing people remember you by.
